SnapShot AI provides an AI-powered headshot generation service that transforms user-uploaded photos into professional-quality headshots. The service is available via subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. The AI-generated headshots created from your photos are granted to you for personal and commercial use. SnapShot AI retains rights to the underlying technology and models used to generate headshots.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

7. Credits

Credits are used to generate headshots and are allocated based on your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapShot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
